The products of the branch of the Aktobe plant, Agran LLP, were also presented at the exhibition. These are metal tiles, corrugated sheets and other materials of various types that are urgently needed in construction. The President was pleased with what he saw. The new production, introduced within the framework of the FIID State Enterprise at the beginning of 2011, was successfully gaining momentum.

The LLP invested its own funds in the implementation of the project worth over 100 million tenge. The plant was built in a short time: the foundation was laid in May, and literally a year later the official opening took place. The head office of Agran is located in Uralsk, and over the ten years of its activity it has already created similar branches in Atyrau and Aktau. Today the company has taken a leading position in the market throughout Western Kazakhstan in the production of roofing and wall materials from galvanized and painted steel.

The capacity of the new production in Aktobe is designed for more than 1 million 200 thousand square meters. m of production per year. In the short period since the commissioning of the enterprise, production here has already increased to 300 thousand. And this is not bad for a start, especially since as the construction industry develops, so do orders. We have our own regular customers who are convinced of the high quality of the certified product. In addition to the production of C-10 grade corrugated sheets and Monterrey metal tiles, the production line has been launched to produce three types of corrugated sheets, and a new type of metal tiles “Cascade” has also been mastered. This is facilitated by high technology and modern machines. They are managed by highly qualified specialists who have completed training courses in Uralsk.

With the commissioning of the enterprise, 15 new jobs were created. In general, one production line is operated by one person. Raw materials - metal - are purchased in Russia, as well as from large domestic manufacturers, in particular from Karaganda.

The company's sales market is expanding every time. And not only in the region. A number of large construction companies from Pavlodar and Shymkent have already submitted orders. Products were also purchased by consumers from the Mangistau region. An agreement was concluded with one of the companies for the construction of a tourist center. The product is well purchased by private owners for individual housing construction.

According to the acting director of the LLP branch, Vera Tsymbal, all types of products are manufactured according to customer sizes. There is a wide range of ceiling, wall and partition profiles, direct hangers and various additional elements to choose from. High-quality material, according to plant specialists, eliminates the need for cosmetic and major repairs for many years.

The entire technological process is automated, and therefore good knowledge is very necessary, he believes. I intend to further improve my skills.
